Shipping Policy

1. Order Verification & Processing

  • Prepaid Orders Only: We operate on a strictly prepaid basis. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders will only be confirmed and processed once payment is successfully received.

  • Quality Control Check: To ensure you receive your items in perfect condition, every single item undergoes a thorough physical examination and quality check by our team before leaving our warehouse.

  • Dispatch Timeline: Your order will only be dispatched after it successfully passes our strict quality examination. This process typically takes 1–2 business days from the date of your order.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Once your product passes inspection and is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details.

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation notification. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier partner’s portal.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and clearly displayed at the time of checkout before you make your payment.

5. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • Since we personally examine all products before dispatch, we ensure they leave our facility in pristine condition. However, if your package arrives damaged due to transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing videos and images so we can assist you right away.
